Chair of the HbbTV Association is Vincent Grivet. He says, “The strong interest we have received from industry players before opening the competition reflects the high recognition for the awards in the connected TV community.”

The winners of the sixth HbbTV Awards, held in 2023 in Naples, Italy, included MediaForEurope (MFE – Mediaset España), bmt on behalf of the German DVB-I Pilot, ZDF & TeraVolt, TV Nova and Video Solutions AG (wedotv).

The HbbTV Symposium and Awards 2024 is for platform operators, broadcasters, advertisers and adtech providers and other tech companies, plus standards organisations.
